Sherpr is the mobile companion for <b>Herdr</b>, the terminal agent multiplexer. Herdr runs each coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot CLI, …) in its own real terminal and shows at a glance who is <b>blocked</b>, <b>working</b>, <b>done</b>, or <b>idle</b>. Sherpr brings that glance — and the ability to unblock, steer, and monitor agents — to your pocket. <b>What it does</b> <ul> <li><b>Connect</b> securely to a Herdr instance on your workstation, homelab box, or VPS — over SSH, with pinned host keys and on-device Ed25519 keys.</li> <li><b>Fleet dashboard</b> — a live overview of every workspace, tab, and pane with Herdr's semantic status colors, sorted so what needs you floats to the top.</li> <li><b>Notifications</b> when an agent becomes blocked or done — generated on-device from the live SSH event stream, with no push provider or companion app. An opt-in foreground service can keep the session alive in the background.</li> <li><b>Multiple hosts</b> — connect several Herdr instances at once; focus one while the others keep running, with a combined "needs you" queue across every host.</li> <li><b>Full terminal on tap</b> — tapping a pane (or a notification) opens a real interactive terminal: live colored output, scrollback, a modifier/arrow/function-key bar tuned for TUIs, and two-tap approve/deny for blocked agents.</li> <li><b>Orchestrate</b> — create workspaces (name + folder) and start new sessions; focus and rename panes; answer prompts and send text or key combos.</li> <li><b>Voice dictation (optional)</b> — on-device Whisper (whisper.cpp compiled from source) or your own self-hosted Whisper server. Dictated text is inserted for review, never auto-sent. Models are downloaded on first use from a pinned URL with SHA-256 verification, never bundled.</li> </ul> <b>No cloud, no third parties</b> There is no Sherpr service.
