SkyPulse is an Android receiver for monitoring 1090 MHz Mode S and ADS-B traffic with an RTL-SDR. It decodes aircraft data on-device using the separate FLOSS marto.rtl_tcp_andro driver, displays aircraft on a map, and includes offline FIR and TRACON boundary data. The map uses OpenFreeMap when opened, and boundary updates are optional. For unattended stations, boot startup is user-configurable. Beast TCP output is optional, disabled by default, and limited to localhost for local tools such as readsb. SkyPulse has no analytics, advertising, or account requirement, and does not depend on Google Play Services.
