SportWetter shows you when the weather suits outdoor sport: heat stress by WBGT, cold, wind, precipitation, thunderstorms and air quality, for nine sports and the next 72 hours. <b>Overview</b> Search for a place or use the approximate location. The app scores the forecast on the device: score, reasons, advice, best windows and the next 24 hours. Official severe weather warnings appear in the wording of the weather services. Where the sport needs it, water temperature, rock condition and the regional avalanche bulletin are added. <b>Plan</b> Set a session with start and duration and hand it on as a calendar file. A drinking and eating plan for the hottest hour. A route from a GPX file, a chain of places or a distance is split into legs, and each leg is scored at its arrival time. <b>Diary</b> Record sessions and rate the conditions, the heat profile learns from that. Import from GPX, TCX or CSV. <b>Settings</b> Heat profile per sport, body profile, training times and alert thresholds. The backup is a file in the same format as on the website sportwetter.eu. The score can be exported hour by hour as CSV or JSON. Display and input work in metric or imperial units. <b>Your data</b> No account, no ads, no analytics. Profiles and diary stay on the device. Only coordinates and search terms go to the sportwetter.eu server, plus the version number of the app. Permissions: internet and the approximate location, which is requested only on tap. SportWetter measures nothing on your body. The recommendations rest on published thresholds and on forecasts that can be wrong. The responsibility stays with you.
