CountAway keeps important dates simple and visible on your home screen. Create multiple local countdowns, choose an event type or custom icon, and add compact or resizable widgets. Widgets can follow one fixed event or automatically show your next upcoming countdown, with independent appearance and background choices. Countdowns can optionally repeat yearly, making recurring dates like birthdays and anniversaries take care of themselves. Optional local reminders can alert you on the event day or 1, 3, or 7 days before. Countdown data can also be exported and restored with a local JSON backup file. Everything stays on your device. No accounts, ads, analytics, cloud synchronization, or Internet permission.
