<p>DresSecureComms is a FOSS, de-Googled, all-in-one secure communications app. It works fully offline for SMS and calls, with no Google services and no trackers.</p><p>Features:</p><ul><li>Messages: a private offline SMS client. Send and receive normal texts, or turn on encryption per message. Encrypted messages use AES-256-GCM and only work between two people who both use this app and share the same key. Keys are set per contact, so every person can have their own code. Includes photo sharing, group messages, search, and contact suggestions when you start a new message.</li><li>Calls: dial any number or call a saved contact over your normal carrier line. The call log is searchable, the screen turns off when you hold the phone to your ear, and you can block or unblock any number straight from the log.</li><li>Spam Shield: screens incoming calls before your phone rings. Rejects premium rate numbers, silences short codes, and flags callers faking the first digits of your own number. Saved contacts always ring through, and everything it blocks is listed in Settings so you can undo it. It runs entirely on the device, so no number is ever sent anywhere to be checked.</li><li>Contacts: an encrypted local vault, stored with the Android Keystore. Add contacts by hand or import them from the device.</li><li>Threat Scan: check a URL against VirusTotal using your own free API key.</li><li>File Scan: check a single file, one app, or every app on your device against VirusTotal. Only the SHA-256 fingerprint is sent, and that is checked against seventy or more antivirus engines at once. If VirusTotal has never seen a file, you can choose to upload that one file for analysis.
