Kompanion is a remote control companion app for KOReader. It connects over your local network to the HTTP Inspector plugin built into KOReader, letting you control your e-reader from your phone. Features: * Frontlight intensity and warmth control * Night mode toggle * Full screen refresh * Five custom profile buttons that activate one of your KOReader profiles * Page turning with the volume buttons, with remapping capabilities * Navigate back and forward between followed links, with a custom "back" button * Text input screen to get, send, and clear text inside any input widget in KOReader, useful for writing notes from the comfort of your phone * Reading mode: an immersive mode with minimal UI and minimal brightness * Keyboard shortcuts: common keyboards are supported, so you can use this app as a "bridge" for most PowerPoint presenter sticks * Battery information: fetches the current battery capacity and creates a graph for the current session Setup: 1. Install and open KOReader on your e-reader 2. Go to Tools -> More Tools -> KOReader HTTP Inspector and start the HTTP server (note the port, 8080 by default) 3. Go to Settings -> Network -> Network info and note the device's IP address 4. In Kompanion, enter the IP and port and press "Connect" This app requires KOReader's HTTP Inspector plugin to be running on the same local network; it does not talk to any server outside your network.
