QuorumPony splits a secret — an age or GPG key, a seed phrase, a password — into N shares using Shamir's Secret Sharing over GF(2^8). Any K shares reconstruct the secret; any K−1 reveal nothing about it. Each share becomes a printable card with a QR code and a hand-typeable code (Crockford base32, so 0/O and 1/I/L can't be confused). Export all cards as a PDF, print them, and hand them to people or places you trust. The cryptographic core is open source and pinned byte-for-byte to cross-implementation test vectors shared with the iOS app and a Python reference implementation.
